Deposits are required seven days after reservations made. We can take personal checks, travelers checks, or bank checks. When making a reservation for more than one night, a deposit of half the bill is required (including the 9% tax). Payment in full is on arrival. Cancellations must be received ten days before date of arrival to qualify for a refund. If you plan to arrive after 5 pm, advance payment is required.
Rates vary with the season. For the summer, except for special events, the Main Suite costs $200 per night, Room II $125 and the other rooms $80. A continental breakfast is, of course, included. Weekly rates are available.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
