There is a 5% processing fee
charged on all cancellations.
(5% of the room rate x the number of days canceled)
Notification of cancellation must be received 3 days (30 days for stays
requiring a deposit) prior to each night of the reservation or you will
be billed for the room unless it is resold. Your credit card account
number is only used to reserve the room (except in the case of a
deposit) and will not be billed unless you fail to notify us of a
cancellation. Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are
considered to be cancellations and are subject to the cancellation
policy and fees as described above.
