Concert Tickets

We look forward to having you in Cooperstown for this exciting event and hope you have a wonderful time! Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, March 13 at 10am at Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce, 31 Chestnut Street, Cooperstown, NY as well as online at www.cooperstownchamber.org . Tickets are $64.00 each and there is no limit on the number of tickets per person or transaction. The concert phone line is (607)547-5212 for additional questions or to purchase tickets. The Chamber of Commerce offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday.

Parking

All three trolley lots will be available for parking. Trolley transportation will be provided at a $3 fee for adults and $2 for children 12 and under. Look for Trolley Parking signs as you approach the village. Parking will also be available on private property throughout the village - fees vary. There will be plenty of police directing traffic.

Trolleys will drop people off at the Key Bank building located adjacent to Doubleday Field and pick them up for the return trip to the lots. There may be delays at the end of the concert. The Red Lot on Rte 28 North and Glen Avenue is within walking distance the others are a mile away.

Concert Venue - Doubleday Field is located in the Village of Cooperstown

The Good News

Concert is rain or shine.
Children 5 and under are admitted free with paid adult.
Strollers are permitted.
Doors open at 6:00pm. Concert begins at 8:00. Concert ends at approximately 11:00.
All seating is general admission, bleachers and lawn seating on blankets only. The field needs to be protected from damage as it hosts over 400 baseball games a year so chairs cannot be permitted!

The Bad News

No carry in coolers or carry in refreshments of any kind will be allowed inside the concert venue.
No umbrellas.
No cameras, video or taping devices.
No passouts, if you leave the concert you will not be allowed to return.
THIS IS AN ALCOHOL/DRUG FREE EVENT. Sorry but there will be a search at the entrances to Doubleday Field.

Food

The Cooperstown Fire Department will be selling hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken patties, french fries and soft drinks throughout the evening.

Handicapped Parking

Available by permit issued through the Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce. Parking will be available behind the Chamber Office. Handicapped seating is available in Doubleday Stadium. Call 607-547-5212. There is also a drop off area and a special easy access gate. Seating is on bleachers, some chairs will be provided - please consider bringing a cushion.

Rest rooms will be provided on site.

Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
NO tickets will be reissued for any reason!
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
In the event of a cancellation by the promoter,
the $59 ticket price minus $5 surcharge will be issued.
