"Hyde Hall, Otsego Lake"

Through spring 2005, our most famous museum the National Baseball Hall of Fame will continue efforts on a renovation project to improve their visitor’s experience. This work will allow the Hall to enhance exhibits; improve access for those with special needs; add appropriate technology; and upgrade their preservation capabilities. Many of those changes will be ready for you in 2004!
Frequently dubbed the Village of Museums Cooperstown also boasts the world-class Farmers’ Museum, the Fenimore Art Museum and Eugene Thaw Indian Collection. A rare example of neo-classic architecture Hyde Hall is a stately mansion at the head of Otsego Lake. A scenic drive over the hills to Norwich brings visitors to the Northeast Classic Car Museum with the largest collection of Franklin luxury cars in the world... plus many other extremely rare and unique models and manufacturers. Fascinating examples of early technological advances and much more!
