Committee Minutes Form

This form is to be utilized by all Chamber Committee’s to record the official minutes of each meeting. Upon completion it should be submitted to the chamber office by the last day of each month for duplication and inclusion in the Board of Directors packet sent to each Director prior to the board meeting.

The regular/special meeting of the Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee was held on November 24th at 9:00 am/pm at The Howard Johnson’s.

Present: Marc Kingsley, Marcy Birch

The minutes from the previous committee meeting held on October 21st were approved/disapproved.

The following was presented, discussed and action items for the Board of Directors and/or Committee

noted:

1. Discussed the minutes from the meeting held on October 21^st.
1. Discussed next steps for the committee.
2. Thought the number 1 priority is to develop the “Did you know” series of press releases.
2. Action items:
1. Marc to call Tanya Shalor from the Daily Star to discuss the idea further.
2. Committee to start writing the press releases at the next meeting.
3. Meeting adjourned
