Reservation & Payment Information

50% Deposit within 14 days of booking. Payment- Certified check, Visa, or Master Card.

Balance of remaining 50% is due within the next 45 days- Certified check, Visa, or Master Card.

Cancellation

45 Day notice- Full refund less $50 processing fee.

Less than 45 days notice- No refund.

EXCEPTION: If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
